This

Small Projects Manager version
1.2 : Designed for multi-small engineering and construction projects to track and record the planning, design, cost control, schedules, implementation and post-completion.
The program was designed by a chemical engineer with many years of
experience in project management in the chemical, petrochemical and food
industries. His knowledge and experience has been incorporated into this
program.
This Project
Management software
is for Windows 2000, Me, XP and Windows NT 3.51 or greater.
Excel 2000 or higher is required.
This extremely useful program provides
project managers the necessary tools to manage multi-small engineering and construction projects.
It tracks and records the planning, designing, cost controlling,
scheduling, implementing and post-completion phases.
It automatically
gathers data from individual engineering and construction cost records and
project schedules into a summary report for each project into a master
report(s).

The grid tables can sort data by project number for
reports and task number for charts. |

Engineering
and Construction cost forms include: Item Name, Project Number,
Project Name, Budget, Sub-Contracts, Change Orders, * revised
Sub-Contracts, *Committed, Spent to Date, *Estimated to Complete,
*Estimated Final, *Final vs. Budget cost. After inputs are typed the
Items with an * are automatically calculated. Scrollable grid tables
show all the data that is saved in the database. Another grid table
shows Projects Totals Summary. |
| Projects Data form automatically
brings forward the Engineering and Construction Costs and overall
schedules. Then other pertinent information can be added such as
addresses, contact phone numbers, project description, project
location etc.

| Projects Data, a summary of all
projects can be pre-viewed in Report form and then printed when
desired. A scrollable grid table is provided also for viewing
projects information.

| The Projects Schedule form allows
inputs of Item, Project Number, Project Name, Project Start,
Begin and End dates. These are saved to a database. A scrollable grid
table allows all projects inputs to be viewed. A horizontal bar chart
is automatically formed and shown in an Excel sheet which can be
printed.

Milestone
Details and Startup schedules are similarly formed and Gantt Charts
are automatically generated in an Excel sheet which can be printed. |

Preliminary Budget form is provided to aid in the project evaluation.
