The Volunteers Program (ver.1.1) is designed for volunteer organizations of almost any kind and for organizations using volunteers. Use in Windows 98, 2000, XP, NT 3.51+ (for automatic Form Letters & Envelopes or Labels you will need Word 97 or Word 2000 or XP). Pentium 300 or greater recommended. The program is provided on a CD. Network copy can be negotiated.

This software program will keep track of volunteers by recording: pertinent information, time volunteered, schedules of activities, events and feedback. All these are recorded into Reports that are saved within the program and can be previewed and printed as required. Volunteer basic information is carried forward to every form. Let us know if you have a list of skills and experience you want included or if you would prefer to type them.

Members information is also tracked.

There is a report for Volunteers, their Time Sheets for tasks completed, their Schedules, their Feedback and the Events in which they participate. Reports can be previewed or printed or exported as text files or HTML. Hours are sub-totaled and totaled in the Time sheets and Schedules. Number of Events are totaled. Number of Tasks are totaled.	Automated form letters, envelopes or labels.
Volunteer Program is password protected.	Volunteers basic information is carried forward for convenience to each form.
Membership is tracked as shown in Screen Views. All Membership information automatically goes into the data bank. Reports can be previewed or printed or exported as text files or HTML.	Membership reports also show total number of members, members dues and total dues paid. Also the Membership reports show the total number of members children by age group. In some associations or groups this is helpful in planning events or activities.
