Microsoft has stated that Visual Basic will handle years greater than 1999 if they are in a four-digit format i.e. yyyy . TechEng Designs programs were all designed in Microsoft Visual Basic. So we strongly recommend you set you computer time in this format as outlined below.

If you think your computer is Y2K ready there is something else you should check.
Click on Start, Settings and double Click on Control Panel.
Double-click on Regional Settings, and Click on Date at top of the view.
Make sure "Short Date Sample" is set to four digits or at year 2000 it
will roll-over to "00".
Click on the button across from this and select an option with "yyyy".
Click on Apply and then on OK.
Also do for Long Style at bottom of view.
Click on Apply and then on OK. Back to Top
If you select February in a leap year, February 29 appears in all the years.
